Description
The TS-200 is a MEMS-based microchip with 200 thermocouple pairs. The microstructured antimony and bismuth thin films ensure excellent detectivity. The sensor substrate is made of silicon. The addressed wavelength of the sensor is specifically set via a customised absorption layer stack. The microchip can be mounted on a TO base and hermetically sealed in an inert gas atmosphere using a corresponding cap with an optical entrance window. The TO base, inert gas and the optical filter of the entrance window can be selected to suit the application or customer. We would be happy to advise you on the composition of a thermoelectric infrared sensor for your desired application. Alternatively, the individual sensor chips are also available unmounted and can be supplied on blue tape in wafer format.
